Schools Programme

The Tibb School Programme is suitable for Grade 9 - Grade 12 learners and extends over 10 lessons (5 hours).   It aims at encouraging a healthy lifestyle, so empowering young South Africans to take greater personal responsibility for their health. Through the belief that a health conscious child can develop into a healthy adult, the programme aims to provide each student with an adequate understanding of how Tibb approaches health and lifestyle, and thus provides guidelines for achieving optimum health.

We hope to build a nation of strong minds and bodies!
